About NorthBridge

Built by one determined guy and an old Lenovo that refuses to die.

If you're looking for a polished corporate backstory with venture capital and a 12-person dev team… this is not that page.

The Entire Team

We keep the org chart simple.

Larry Hull

Founder • Systems Designer • Automation Whisperer

Designs automations, watches logs like they’re stock charts, and somehow knows exactly which Zap is misbehaving without even opening the editor.

Lenovo ThinkPad (2013)

CTO — Chief Terminal Officer

Fans louder than a helicopter. Battery life: 11 minutes. Performance: unstoppable. Runs Bash scripts that were never meant to exist.

How It All Started

The short version: frustration → curiosity → obsession → business.

Step 1: Something broke.

A workflow didn’t do what it was supposed to. Someone forgot a follow-up. Or a CRM field didn’t sync for the 400th time.

Step 2: “Fine. I’ll fix it.”

One little Bash script turned into a Python tool turned into an entire “why does this look like a production system?” ecosystem.

Step 3: Advisors noticed.

Turns out people like when their tech stack stops fighting them. One advisor asked for help… then another… then another.

Step 4: The ThinkPad became a legend.

No one believed serious automations were running on a machine that sounds like it’s about to take off. But it kept working.

Step 5: NorthBridge was born.

Now it’s a full-suite automation partner for advisors and small teams who want reliability, clean workflows, and zero nonsense.

Step 6: We're still just getting started.

Each year the workflows get cleaner, the dashboards get sharper, and the ThinkPad remains undefeated.

The Glow-Up Timeline

Every great tech company has humble beginnings. Ours are just funnier.

2019

First Bash script written. Worked perfectly. Never documented.

2020

Accidentally built something better than half the apps on Zapier Marketplace.

2021

The ThinkPad became self-aware (we think).

2023

NorthBridge branding created. Immediately looked too clean for how chaotic the backend was.

2024

First advisor says: “Wait… you built all this yourself?”

2025

Full system builds, dashboards, logs, cameras, CRMs — the empire expands. The ThinkPad still refuses retirement.

But here’s the serious part.

Behind the jokes is a real, obsessive dedication to building things that work every time.

Reliability first

No fancy automations that crumble in real-world use. Every workflow is designed for the busy Tuesday morning, not the demo.

Your stack, not ours

We don’t sell software. We make your existing system faster, cleaner, and easier to run.

Documentation included

Your team gets Looms, checklists, diagrams — everything needed for new hires or handoffs.

Long-term thinking

Workflows aren’t temporary fixes. They’re built so you won’t need another overhaul when you grow.

Want to work with a real human instead of an agency?

No layers. No salespeople. No outsourcing. Just one person who cares about your system running perfectly.

  • 🛠 Full transparency on how everything works
  • 🧩 Clean, stable automations
  • 📈 Built for your team, not for show

I'll get back to you personally — not AI, not a VA.
